When you find Maelie the Wanderer you have to click her to cast Reassure, this'll reassure Maelie the Wanderer and she'll return to Tinybell in Keeper's Respite for the day. She'll usually be near cliffs or begind big tree roots. Maelie the Wanderer can be found in several different spots in Korthia, all of which require a small amount of parkour to reach. On the sixth day when you return to Tinybell after finding Maelie the Wanderer, she'll give you a quest which rewards Maelie as a mount. When you click on Maelie, your character casts Reassure, and two lines pop up in chat:Ĭomment by arhqirah Reins of the Wanderer is obtained by finding the wandering doe Maelie the Wanderer in Korthia and bringing her back to her owner Tinybell every day for six days in total. I haven't run into the 'player can target Maelie but not see her / quest returns 'false'' issue personally, but perhaps using an 'Interact with Target' macro would help? Also, speaking to Tinybell after finding Maelie hasn't made any difference for me personally – it hasn't made the quest reset the next day. I would suggest either checking the script below or seeing if Maelie is standing next to Tinybell at Keeper's Respite - if the quest is 'true' or Maelie is present at KR, she will not be visible even when other players have found her location for the day, because you won't be eligible for the quest. She goes missing from Keeper's Respite daily (possibly changed to weekly or bi-weekly on live, as the quest has not reset for me after doing it on day one and Maelie is still standing next to Tinybell), and you can find her in various spots (likely many more than I've found).ĮTA: I was able to find Maelie on Tuesday, and then the quest was flagged complete until today, Friday, when I was able to find her a second time.
